Here are a couple of different 12x12 tiles that I've done recently. The first couple are great for Christmas. The vinyl for a 12x12 tile is $5 and you can usually buy tiles for about $1. These are super easy to do yourself -- no painting; just stick the vinyl on!

Block Quotes
This first block/sign would make a fabulous teacher gift this year! It is about 5.5 x 13 inches and thick enough to stand on its own.
This little block was a piece of scrap wood and I just needed a little saying to put on it. I remembered a friend picking this saying last year when she was making a bunch of Christmas gifts, and I thought it was great- so true! Remember, when you place a custom order, you can use any unique quote, saying, or word. Think about a phrase that your family used a lot or that you have grown to love and live by. Stick it on a block or the wall, and you have a constant reminder!
New for Christmas
Here are a few new Christmas items that I made for my craft show this year. First a few simple blocks.
Then I made up sets of 3 Christmas trees. I like these first ones the best...they have silver glitter painted on and little red jewels.
These other two sets I still need to add the little jewels (oops, I forgot). I tried this one with red glitter. And these green trees have the silver glitter. Fun for a shelf or mantle somewhere.

New for Fall
Here are a few new fall items. I used the following design on a wooden plaque before and this time I put it on a tile.
Cute tree blocks. They are made from 2x4 wood and stand 5, 6, and 7 inches tall.As I was making more Ho Ho Ho blocks, I thought I should make same fall blocks out of the same 4x4 post. I just love the fall paint colors!
Some gobble, gobble blocks for Thanksgiving. My friend Kim designed and made this before.
Magnet Picture Stands
It seems that the "best-seller" at my craft show on Saturday was this Magnet Picture Stand. Here's yet another variation on using metal and magnets to quickly display a picture. These can sit on a shelf, dresser, counter, hutch...any small, flat surface. Another unique use is to use one as a recipe holder on your kitchen counter. We made them with two different variations - 1. with the metal slanted back a little and perhaps easier to read/see this way and 2. with the metal straight up and this way you could potentially use both sides of the metal (place pictures on both sides)...to put on a table where both sides are seen. I haven't decided yet if I like one way better than the other! Anyway, I made 11 of them for the show and they all sold! They are $10 each.
I just love that ribbon (found at Hobby Lobby) and of course I love that picture of my daughter! So cute!
More of the Block Magnet Picture Frames
Here are a few more examples with different colors and wording. I love using my ribbon on these to add lots of color, and I also enjoyed making matching marble magnets. These are $12 each and make for a fun Christmas gift!

More Coming Soon!
A big THANK-YOU to all of you who stopped by my booth at the Dayton Autumn Celebration and are now visiting my blog. I had a great time at the show and am excited to make many custom orders for you. I have been working very hard the last couple weeks, and I have lots of new pictures to add to my blog. They will be up in the next several days. Also, I hope to add some new features to my blog soon, including my fonts and vinyl colors.
If you are interested in seeing my fonts, please e-mail me at jennywhiting@gmail.com and I can send them to you as a pdf file. I can also send you the price chart for the vinyl. When you are ordering only vinyl (not on a painted board), the vinyl price is determined by the height and length of the lettering.
Feel free to contact me with any questions. I apologize that I don't have a fancy website yet with more capabilities for ordering, but maybe one day! Currently I can only accept cash or check or I can send you a PayPal invoice if you'd prefer that.
Thank-you!
